Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment, our shipping covers the EU zone (27 countries). If your delivery address falls outside this list of countries, please contact us directly at info@craftibu.de before ordering — we may still be able to arrange delivery on a case-by-case basis.

We're actively working on expanding our shipping internationally — thank you for your patience!

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a specific color, crocheted item or a custom embroidery design, specify your request in the provided box of the item, or just contact us to start the conversation - we'd love to bring your unique ideas to life!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Almost all of our products are handmade to order, so processing time varies by product type, size, and design complexity:

  • Large embroidery hoops: 4–5 weeks
  • Medium/small embroidery hoops: 2–4 weeks
  • Crochet items: 1–2 weeks

Some items — such as limited editions and select in-stock crochet pieces — are ready to ship and typically dispatch within 2–3 business days.

Please note that peak seasons may extend these times slightly. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact us beforehand at info@craftibu.de and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you take bulk/party favor orders?

Yes! While we don’t offer mass-produced quantities, we love creating small batches for special occasions. Whether it’s personalized ornaments for a classroom or custom favors for a baby shower, we can create meaningful, handmade tokens for your guests.

Since these take a bit more time to create, please contact us at least 4–6 weeks in advance to discuss your vision.

How do I care for my handmade items?

To keep your CRAFTIBU crocheted pieces looking beautiful, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cool water and laying them flat to dry. Avoid harsh detergents or tumble drying to preserve the delicate fibers.

We've got you covered anyway, since all of our crocheted pieces arrive with a Care Instructions Card!

Can I purchase the Guardian Angel separately?

The Guardian Angel is a special token created exclusively as a gift for our Welcome Baby Hoops (prints) and Baby Name Hoops.

While it isn't available on its own, we have a wonderful Adopt Me! Collection full of other crocheted friends looking for a home, or we can discuss a custom order for a unique plushie just for you!
