CRAFTIBU's AGB & Widerruf (Deutsch)

Mit einem Kauf in unserem Online-Shop erklären Sie sich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden. Wir sind spezialisiert auf handgefertigte, personalisierte Häkel- und Stickprodukte, die mit Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail gefertigt werden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, diesen Abschnitt vor der Bestellung sorgfältig zu lesen.

1. Geltungsbereich & Mindestbestellwert

  • Diese Bedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen über unsere Website.
  • Mindestbestellwert: Der Mindestbestellwert beträgt 12,80 EUR (zzgl. Versandkosten).

2. Zahlungsbedingungen

  • Online-Shop: Bei Bestellungen direkt über den Webshop ist eine Vorauszahlung von 100 % erforderlich.
  • Sonderanfertigungen (Direktanfrage): Bei Projekten außerhalb des Shops ist eine nicht erstattungsfähige Anzahlung von 60 % zu Beginn der Produktion fällig. Die restlichen 40 % sind vor Versand zu begleichen.
  • Transaktionsgebühren: Im Falle einer zulässigen Rückerstattung (z. B. Stornierung innerhalb von 48 Std.) werden die vom Zahlungsdienstleister (PayPal) erhobenen Gebühren vom Erstattungsbetrag abgezogen.

3. Widerrufsrecht & Stornierung

  • Personalisierte Waren: Gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB besteht kein Widerrufsrecht bei Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt werden oder eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind. Stornierungen werden nur innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Bestellung akzeptiert.
  • Lagerware: Stornierungen sind möglich, solange die Ware noch nicht versandt wurde.
  • Nachträgliche Änderungen: Wünsche zur Änderung eines bereits mangelfrei gelieferten Artikels werden als neuer, separater Auftrag behandelt.

4. Versand & Lieferung

  • Die Versandkosten innerhalb Deutschlands/EU betragen 5,80 EUR. Ab 65,00 EUR ist der Versand kostenfrei.
  • Zölle oder Einfuhrgebühren (bei Nicht-EU-Ländern) liegen in der Verantwortung des Kunden.
  • CRAFTIBU haftet nicht für Verzögerungen durch den Versanddienstleister.

5. Produktsicherheit für Babyartikel

  • Sicherheitsstandards: Alle Spielzeuge werden so gefertigt, dass keine Kleinteile in einen Prüfzylinder (3,2 cm x 5,7 cm) passen, um Erstickungsgefahren für Kinder unter 3 Jahren auszuschließen.
  • Sichere Materialien: Wir verwenden lebensmittelechtes Silikon, unbehandeltes Naturholz und schadstoffgeprüfte Garne (z. B. nach OEKO-TEX Standard).
  • Warnhinweis: Kinder unter 3 Jahren sollten niemals unbeaufsichtigt mit Spielzeug gelassen werden. Bitte waschen Sie das Spielzeug vor dem ersten Gebrauch. Jeder Artikel enthält einen schriftlichen Sicherheitshinweis.

6. Pflegehinweise & Urheberrecht

  • Bitte beachten Sie die beigefügten Pflegeetiketten (Material, Waschtemperatur).
  • Alle Designs sind geistiges Eigentum von CRAFTIBU. Eine Vervielfältigung oder kommerzielle Nutzung ist ohne schriftliche Genehmigung untersagt.

7. Kleinunternehmerstatus

  • Alle Preise sind Endpreise. Aufgrund des Kleinunternehmerstatus gem. § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer erhoben und daher auch nicht ausgewiesen.

CRAFTIBU's Terms & Conditions (English)

By making a purchase on our online shop, you agree to these terms. We specialize in handmade personalized crochet and embroidery products, crafted with care and attention to detail. We encourage you to read through this section before placing an order.

1. Scope & Minimum Order Value

  • These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our website.
  • Minimum Order Value: A minimum purchase of 12.80 EUR (excluding shipping costs) is required for every order.

2. Payment Terms

  • Online Shop: For orders placed directly through the webshop, 100% upfront payment is required.
  • Custom Orders (Direct Request): For projects handled outside the shop (via email/message), a non-refundable down payment of 60% is required to start production. The remaining 40% must be settled prior to dispatch.
  • Transaction Fees: In the event of a permitted refund (e.g., cancellation within 48 hours), the transaction fees charged by the payment provider (PayPal) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation

  • Personalized Goods: According to § 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are produced according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. Cancellations for custom orders are only accepted within 48 hours of order placement.
  • In-Stock Items: Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
  • Subsequent Modifications: Requests to modify an item that has already been delivered without defects will be treated as a new, separate order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs within Germany/EU are 5.80 EUR. Shipping is FREE for orders over 65.00 EUR.
  • Customs duties or import fees (for non-EU countries) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • CRAFTIBU is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Product Safety for Baby Items

  • Safety Standards: All toys are manufactured to ensure that no small parts fit into a test cylinder (3.2 cm x 5.7 cm), eliminating choking hazards for children under 3 years.
  • Safe Materials: We use food-grade silicone, untreated natural wood, and yarns tested for harmful substances (e.g., according to OEKO-TEX standards).
  • Warning: Children under 3 years should never be left unattended with the products. Please clean the item before first use according to the care instructions. Each item includes a written safety note.

6. Care Instructions & Intellectual Property

  • Please follow the attached care labels regarding materials and washing temperatures.
  • All designs are the intellectual property of CRAFTIBU. Any reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Small Business Status (Kleinunternehmer)

  • All prices are final totals. Due to our small business status according to § 19 UStG, VAT (Umsatzsteuer) is not charged and therefore not displayed on the invoice.
